Originating from Nigeria, Philippe got a strong formation, surrounded by big musicians, which formed the basis for his sence of rithm. He was inspired by a great conga instructor, Mr. Danjuma, Manu Di Bango and Sunny Ade, not to forget the legend Fela.
Since he is living in Belgium, he played in different local groups like : Ntakraboa, Akwaaba and Likalo and is now member of the group Dzidzolie.
